Even though it has been three weeks since we closed, I wanted to thank you for all your work in selling my listing at 1799 Brittany. Kami is coming back in town to pick out her wedding pictures and wrap up some other unfinished business and we will get Anne Marie paid for her carpet patch then.

Now that I'm as settled as I can be for the moment, I'd like to take this opportunity to say THANKS for all your guidance and direction in the purchase of MY new home.

Believe me, I was really scared -- but your warm personality, your knowledge of and attention to all details and your positive attitude pulled me through. Things moved smoothly, quickly and efficiently, and you kept me in just the area I want to be. You are indeed an asset to Burnet Realty.

Now I'm really e-x-c-i-t-e-d, but perhaps the anxiety to do so many things all at one time is running a little high. I need to shift gears to low and enjoy.

You really did an outstanding job for me, Chuck, and rest assured that you will be highly recommended to friends and relatives alike. Incidentally, it sounds as though the lake property up north won't go up for sale this year in order that they can get some unfinished things done. On another subject, my daughter (she wanted me to be sure and tell you what happened) and her friend stopped by an open house just for kicks - she was not up-do-date on the name change and had no idea she'd be going there...she prayed hard hoping she wouldn't run into you...but she did. To make a long story short, there is nothing doing at this time, and I'm sure you'll hear from her when she or both of them are ready.

Thanks so much for the singing bass. It sure is a unique idea, we really like it. Our cat, Buddy, really likes it. He goes up to it and sticks his nose in the bass's mouth. Being you and him are real buddies. I thought you'd like to know.
